Frequently Asked Questions
Your prices are lower than others, do you still offer
the same quality as they do?
Definitely! The cards that I offer are just as good
as all of the others that you see online. I know what life is like on a
budget with a baby so that is why I offer the same quality product at a
lower cost to you. In return I hope that you are satisfied and pass on
the word to your friends and family.
How do I send you pictures, Do you edit them and is
there an extra charge for editing?
You can email them to me at photos@ballyhoocreations.com.
If you need to mail them, please email me and I can provide you with the
address to mail them to. Yes I prefer unedited photos. I can do black
and white, sepia, or any other editing that is needed, and there is
never an extra charge for editing.
What if I like a design in the sample designs but want
changes?
You can pick and choose things you like from the
designs you see and create your own or tell us what you would like and
make one customized just for you! This includes swapping design ideas
from one product to another.
Can I use the Thank you cards as Invitations/Birth
Announcements instead?
Yes! The Thank you cards may be used as another
style of birth announcement and are perfect for invitations. Please note
this in the comments on the order form. The price would be for the Thank
You cards. They would be sold in packs of 24.
Are envelopes included with my order and can you print
my return address?
For printed orders, yes, envelopes are included and
at this time I only offer return address labels. For the design only
orders, no envelopes are included, but you can purchase them if needed.
Can I use professional pictures that I've had taken?
Use of any professional photo requires a signed
release from the photographer or photographing agent (i.e. Sears, JC
Penny) and they will have the form that you need.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made securely through my verified
PayPal account, but you do not have to have a Paypal account to make a payment. Transactions through PayPal are insured for your safety. Once I
receive your order and you approve your proof, I will send you an invoice from PayPal. Payment forms accepted are Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, and E-Check.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We will gladly ship to Canada or any other international destinations.
International orders will be based on your location, email me for rate quotes.
What if I am not happy with my order?
If you are unsatisfied with the order because of the paper quality or
printer error (color streaks, blotches, etc) then I will gladly replace the announcements or refund your money. If a refund is requested
then all announcements and envelopes must be returned. However if there is a typo or other similar error then we cannot
offer refunds, this is why I provide you with an online proof for you to approve.
What if I need to cancel my order?
I understand that unexpected things may require you to cancel your order. I
ask that you notify me as soon as possible so that other orders can be filled. At this time there will be no fee for
cancellation, however this may change in the future. If an order has been sent to print then I cannot cancel the order.
Can I pre-order announcement before my baby is born?
Yes, pre-ordering your announcements will be one thing you don't have to
worry about after the birth, you can just send your initial order and once the baby is born send us the photographs and vital
information. A record is kept of who has purchased announcements, so there is no need to worry that your order will be lost.
